And in the creation of you people

and in the fact that animals are scattered

are visible/tangible/ demonstrative/recognition signs for the people to have conviction.  [45:04]

Tthis [approval and appreciation of Allah] is the evident/manifest achievement/success.

This is because you people adopted the Aay'aat of Allah non seriously/in jest and the worldly life deceptively engaged you.

Therefore, for Allah is the Infinite Glory and Praise eternally and exclusively, the Sustainer Lord of the Skies; and the Sustainer Lord of the Earth, [to cut short the list] the Sustainer Lord of all the Known/Existing Worlds/all that exists. [45:36]
