Ya, See'n. [Two mutually conjoined syllabic consonants of Arabic alphabet ( أبجدية عربية), upon ـس is ancillary glyph/prolongation sign/mark which extends/stretches the sound value of the letter to which it is added. Prolongation sign/mark is found whenever the following word begins with still letter. Here prolongation sign suggests that ـس is to be pronounced stretching to end in still "noon" [36:01] Swear by the Grand Qur'aan that contains and grants insight to the invisible/hidden/secreted/infolded matters/things/pearls of wisdom [disclosed in its Aa'ya'aat-17:39], [Same pronouncement in same words in

journeying upon the Straight Path [Leading to Me].

revive/admonish the Nation [Bani
Iesma'eile-
Indeed the word/information given earlier [2:06-07 that their hearts and audition is veiled by their vested interests/conjectural myths because of which they will not listen and accept the truth/fact] has been proved/established about most of them [in frame of reference, at that point of time the posterity/Bani Iesma'eile علیہ السلام] for this reason/therefore they do not accept. 34:33] Indeed We have let remain placed in their necks hard collars o and these are up to chins for which reason they are in position of heads raised in one direction; [36:08]
and We have let remain placed in their front a barrier and on their backs a barrier whereby W have covered/confined them [in a limited place] with the result that they do not have the vision. [36:09] [Same pronouncement in same words in
2:07] And it is one and the same thing upon them [outcome/result wise] whether you had admonished them or you did not admonish them, they will not accept. [36:10]

the one who made himself follow the Reminder

It is certain that We alone give and resurrect life to the dead;
and We keep recording in writing what they have sent forward [during their life] and the effects/ visible marks they have left behind [conjectural innovations, false myths and stories written and spread by them]
