so that they may ungratefully conceal what We granted them.

And they ascribe/declare for that they know not a portion out of sustenance We have given them o By Allah, certainly you people will be asked about what you people conjecture falsehood. [16:56] [Read with

He hides from people considering that as disgrace with what he was congratulated, contemplating

For those who do not believe in the Hereafter, the evil is the illustration.

By Allah, indeed We had sent Messengers towards nations before you, the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] [Similar information in

23:21] We provide you drink out of that which is in their bellies/udder, in the state in-between semi processed/broken down food still in intestines and blood, o raw/pure milk easy to swallow/digest for the drinkers. [16:66]
And from the fruit of the date-palm and the vine, you people adopt/acquire for intoxication and appropriate/decent sustenance/food.

He takes out from their stomachs a drink, the colours of which are varying.
In that drink is healing/recovery from disease effect for the people.
