2:213;10:25;24:46]o He guides whom He wills/who wish to be guided upon Straight Way". [2:142] And this is how [by declaring Kaa'aba as the qib'laa'taa for everyone, reviving its original position of having been raised for entire humanity] We have made [taken out for humanity 3:110] you people a justly balanced community [always on the middle line, no extremities] [Similar information in
22:78] so that you people attain position of witnesses over the people of society, and [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam, embodiment of mercy] the Messenger shall be the witness over yourselves. And [let Me tell you the Messenger] We have not appointed/declared that Qib'laa'taa for everyone, upon which you ever were, except only to expose/make it known as to who [from the new comers in Islam from people of Book] kept following the Messenger and who turned away upon his heels/declaration of his acceptance. And indeed this declaration of Messenger's Qib'laa'taa as The Qib'laa'taa was heavy/momentous for people [of Book who quite for long kept East and West as their respective Qib'laa'taa] except those who had been guided by Allah. And never would Allah make your belief of no effect. [Exact same information in same words in
22:65]o Indeed Allah is to all people most surely full of kindness, the Most Merciful. [2:143] We have indeed seen your face turning into the sky. [We know your feelings] For this reason [We promise you] We will give you the guardianship of the Qib'laa'tan which will make you pleased. Therefore [relax, since you know Our promise gets executed] turn face to face/confront the Sacred Mosque [so long] when you are out/away from it. [Exactly same command in same words in
2:150] And, you people [who have believed] turn face to face/confront to that Mosque, wherever you are/get out/away from it. And those people whom Book was given earlier indeed know very well that this [promise of giving guardianship in the Grand Qur'aan] is a fact from their Sustainer Lord, And Allah is never unmindful of what they do. evidence/sign of acquiring control of Ka'aba]
And if you
[Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]
bring, to
those people whom Book was given earlier,
each and every individual evidential sign/unprecedented
occurrence even then they will
not physically follow your Qib'laa'taa [Ka'aba];
[in And you will never follow/be follower of their Qib'laa'taa [to make them pleased with you refer 2:120 and since it is stupidity to deviate from the prescribed procedure of Iebra'heim alai'his'slaam 2:130] And neither they, the two segments of People of Book, will ever be practical followers of Qib'laa'taa of each other [East and West; since each have own objective-desire of separate identity 2:148]; [therefore tell each one] and if you physically/literally act upon their conjectures/desires/wishes after the One [Qur'aan] that has brought to you the knowledge, then certainly in that case, you will be considered from amongst the distorters; [Exactly same information in same words
6:20] those whom We had earlier given the Book they recognize it [the Qur'aan] in the manner as they conveniently recognize their sons. And indeed a group of the people of Book conceals the fact, deliberately since they know/understand it. [2:146] [Exactly same news in same words in beginning of

different 3:60]o Therefore you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] do not be like the worrywarts [for such people of Book]. [2:147] [ الْمُمْتَرِينَ , Root"م ر ى" active participle, plural. المرية is that milk which is milked by caressing the fodder of a mammal. Thus it is employed to make effort, endeavour for some concern/worry. The hope or consideration of possibility of happening of something or desire for such happening also makes one worrywart. After giving disappointing news about people of Book this advice has been given. This word is distinct from Arabic word شك meaning doubt. Believers never doubt rather they know that Grand Qur'aan and every word of its is الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّهِمْ, a statement of fact Read 2:26]. acquiring control of Ka'aba] from whatever direction you left the Sacred
Mosque,, thereafter for reason of being outside/away, turn face to face

2:144] and you the believers also whatever direction you leave the place, thereafter for reason of being outside/away, you turn yourselves face to face the Sacred Mosque so that for people [of Book who sanctify direction of East and West] no argument/counter reason/ accusation lies against you people, [regarding considering turning of face towards particular direction as virtue like them, believers confront all 360 directions] except from amongst them those who slander/irrationally conduct. Therefore do not care for them and be careful/mindful
of Me. And I will conclude My Favour/ Grace { [conclude My Favour/Grace] Like the one We have sent among you a Messenger from amongst you
who recites for you Our Aa'ya'at [Words/statements of fact], word by word/syllable by syllable, and thus uplifts/sanctifies/elevates you [by removing shackles of all conjectural myths/belief] and educates/instructs/teaches you people [all Aa'ya'at of] the Book and [thus revealing the knowledge about invisible] wisdom/the invisible information/data [contained in Aa'ya'at]. and he tells you the knowledge/information/data which hitherto you did not have [for lack of Book]. [2:151]
Therefore you people remember Me, I will remember/take care of you people. And express thanks/gratitude for My favours, and do not deny/hide My favours/grace. [2:152] O you who declare to have accepted! seek help with patience and performing Sa'laat for uplift and becoming stable personality; [Exactly same information in same words in
8:46]o Certainly Allah is with the patiently consistent ones/coolly perseverant. [2:153] [Even considering so prohibited
3:169] And you people should not say in respect of those people who get murdered/slain in the way of Allah that they are dead bodies. [For life sustenance is must, they are getting it
3:169]o The fact of the matter is that they are alive but you people do/can not perceive it [that life]. [2:154] And We will certainly subject you to a test for exposure of your true worth through something of disturbance/feel of insecurity/fear and economic recession and some loss in wealth/property/worldly material and personal lives and crops/fruit yields. enduring/consistent ones/steadfast, [2:155] who say, whenever they are
faced/afflicted with calamity/perturbation: "Indeed we are for Allah and
indeed [for mercy/reprieve] we attend/get warned/return/are accountable
towards Him. [2:156] They are the people upon whom are the blessings from their Sustainer Lord and Mercy. And they are the ones who persistently receive guidance. [2:157] Indeed As-Safa and Al-Marwa are amongst Allah's symbolic emblems. Therefore there is nothing wrong if someone, on annual pilgrimage or visit for oum'raa, walks in between the two. And who ever listened and willingly accepted the righteous/good thing, it will be appreciated/acknowledged since Allah is indeed The Recognizer, eternally All Knowing. frame of reference, during the time of revelation and today to perceive
meanings and the beauty/sublimity of Arabic Mubeen] they are the people whom Allah condemns/discards and condemn/discard them all who discard [the distorters/liars, deceivers, vain talkers, conjecturers]. [2:159] Exception shall be for those who returned repenting, and they corrected/mended the direction of conduct, and distinctly explained [what they were concealing telling people from the Book]; for this reason in response I will pay them attention. And I am indeed repeatedly forgiving/pay attention, The Merciful. [2:160] [Exactly same information in same words in

47:34] Those who deliberately and persistently denied and they died in the state of being the rejecters, [Similar pronouncement in
3:87]o they are the people upon whom is certainly the condemnation/contempt/discard of Allah, the Angels and all men collectively. [2:161]

3:190] Indeed in the creation of the Skies and the Earth, and in the alteration/revolving of the night and the day, and in the boat/ship that sail in the river/sea laden with cargoes beneficial to mankind, [Rain brings Rizq, sustenance
45:05] and what Allah sent from the Sky from water and consequentially with it revived the land after its death/drying up; [Exactly same information in same words in

42:29] and scattered all kinds of animals in it; [Same words in
45:05] and in the circling of winds; and organizing of the [middle] clouds in between the Sky and the Earth; [only for this particular cloud the word in between sky and earth is used-Qur'aan was the first ever Book to give Atlas of Clouds] [Same information in same words at end
13:04;16:12;30:24]o are indeed the visible/tangible signs/information for people to recognize/differentiate/ research/reflect. [2:164] And [despite knowing all visible Signs of Oneness of Universe] amongst the people there is one who adopts other than Allah equivalents [of his choice]. They adore those adopted equivalents like the adoration of Allah. And for Allah their adoration/love/affiliation is greater and deeper than anything else who have accepted/believed. And better was it if those who distort the reality and fact could realize now what they will realize seeing the chastisement that all power/authority is for Allah collectively/absolutely, and that Allah awards quite severe punishment. [2:165] [people should realize the eventuality] When those people in whose footsteps other people followed will disassociate themselves from those who followed them seeing the eminent punishment; and their mutual relationship will come to an end. [2:166] And those who had followed their footsteps will react by saying that "if for us there was one opportunity of return, then we will disassociate from them as they have disassociated themselves from us". This is how Allah will show/make them realize their deeds/pattern of conduct as a feeling of defeat and regret /woe upon them. [Similar verdict in
5:37]o And [contrary to what their leaders keep telling them] they will never be the ones exiting from the Fire/Hell/Prison. [2:167] O you the humankind! eat what is in earth/its produce beneficial/nutrient from the declared permissible; [same advice in

o and you people do not follow/walk on the footsteps/path of Satan. Indeed he is for you people the openly declared enemy. [2:168] [Last sentence is also in 36:60;43:62] [Believers specifically commanded 24:21] Indeed he inspires/allures you people to indulge in imbalanced/improper/irrational conduct and sexual perversion [alfaa'sha'ai includes all illicit sexual activity done individually or openly/with others, other than intercourse of genitalia [furr'ej] of opposite sexes with mutual consent, called uz'zina]; [It is declared ha'ram in

7:33]o and that you people say something attributing it to Allah about which you do not have the knowledge [personally verified whether it is written in Qur'aan or is established by tangible evidence]. [2:169] And when it is said for [to] them, "You people follow practically what Allah has sent [in the Book]", they say; "No, We will follow that upon which we have found our forefathers had been". [Instead of
يَعْقِلُونَ
the word يَعْلَمُون in
5:104]o [how irrational/illogical is the response, without refuting the fact] Would they keep following their forefather despite the fact if they did not reflect/recognize/differentiate something and nor they got guided/arrived at conclusion? [2:170] And the similarity/example of those people who have deliberately refused to accept is comparable/ like a herd who, in the call of shepherd, listens nothing meaningful except shouts and cries. They are deaf, dumb, and blind, resultantly they do not reflect/recognize/differentiate. 2:16] These are the people who have purchased vagrancy/straying in barter of Guidance, and retribution for forgiveness; therefore have they become content upon the Fire. [2:175] This eventuality is because [of refusal and contradicting/differing in what] Allah has since gradually sent down the Book [Grand Qur'aan] as a statement of fact; and indeed those who go against/differ/contradict in the Book are certainly in schism/opposition/maintaining a separate identity. informed] It is not virtue that you people
turn your faces facing face to face/confronting East and West,
[ instead virtue is of that person who [from amongst you] believed in Allah, and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Book [one peculiar Book, Qur'aan], and the Chosen & Elevated Servants of Allah; [here the addresses are people of Book, Jews and Christians who consider directions East and West as sacred/Qib'laa'tae/focal point therefore mention of Book is singular since Christians believe in all the revealed Books except Qur'aan; and the Jews believe in To'ra'at and all earlier revealed Books but do not believe in Injeel and Grand Qur'aan. The moment they accept Qur'aan they instantly accept Injeel since it has been confirmed and sanctified in Qur'aan. It has however been demanded from those who declare to have believed to believe in the Grand Qur'aan and one Book revealed before it, i.e. Injeel, in 4:136 and thereafter definition of belief is given which includes all Books] and he spent wealth for sake of Allah to the relatives, and the orphans, and the destitute, and the wayfarer, and those who seek help, and to get freedom for the slaves/prisoners; and he maintained Ass-Sa'laat and paid Az-Zakaa't; and they/such are the people who honour their pledges when they have entered into a pledge; and they remain coolly perseverant in financial crisis and adversity and in times of poverty/war. 39:33]o They are the people who have proved their word [with their acts] as true; and they are the people who are truly cautious, heedful, and mindful avoiding unrestrained conduct. [2:177] O you who declare to have accepted! It is decreed/made mandatory for you people to pursue/trace in the murder to finality/the capital punishment [death, to bring the murderer to justice without favour and fear, society/state is made a party making crime of murder as crime against society], if the murderer is a free man the same free man, and if the murderer is slave the same slave, and if the murderer is a woman the same woman shall face the punishment. For reason of compromise if the heir of deceased forgave, then the norms/common law set by/known in the society have to be followed and payment/compensation is to be made to the heir in proportioned/appropriate manner. This is an alleviation/facilitation from your Sustainer Lord and latitude/mercy. [Exactly same warning in same words in
5:94]o Therefore after this injunction whoever transgressed [took the law in his own hands] then for this reason for him is severe/grave punishment [in wait] [2:178] And for you people [society] is life in the decree/prescribing of capital punishment in the crime of murder O you the people who look into matters objectively, so that you people remain cautious, heedful and mindful/avoid emotionalism. [in matter of dignity and sanctity of human life] [2:179] It has been prescribed/written down/decreed upon you that when natural death approaches anyone of you people it is better for him to make a bequest [orally], if he is leaving behind worldly wealth, for parents and the near ones in accordance with the well known norms of society. 2:241]o This is mandatory/ incumbent upon the ones who are cautious, heedful and mindful. [2:180] If anyone changes the bequest after what he had heard that, for this replacement the guilt shall be on those who make the change/substitution. [Same information in same words in
8:17;49:01]o Indeed Allah is eternally The Listener, The Knowledgeable. [2:181] For reason of one apprehending inclination or evident injustice by the testator, if he struck a correction amongst them, the beneficiaries and affected party, for that reason there will be no blame upon him [since it is not substitution of the will]. 2:173,199;5:39;8:69;9:05,99,102;24:62;49:14;60:12,73:20]o Indeed Allah is The Forgiving/Overlooking, The Merciful. [2:182] O you who declare to have accepted! The Fasting has been made obligatory/decreed upon you people like what was decreed for people before your times so that you people may remain cautious, heedful and mindful. [2:183] The Fast is for fixed/counted number of days, [29 or 30 of the month]. For reason of someone suffering from disease or being in journey then completing of the count is in later days [of an other month]. And upon those who have the strength to bear the disease or journey [journeying towards north will rather shorten the Fast time] for fasting availing of exception is subject to feeding one destitute. Therefore whoever accepted a better course then that is better for him. And if you people observe fasting [in minor bearable disease or comfortable journey] it would be better for you, [Same in the end
2:280;6:81;9:41;16:95;23:84,88;29:16;61:11;62:09]o if you people understand/know it. [2:184] [this should be read keeping in mind the frame of reference, during the days of gradual revelation and today] Ramadan is the month during which The Qur'aan was sent, , as guidance for people, and [during the same month of various years of revelation period] distinct arguments/Aaya'at from the AlHuda'a and Al-Furqau'n [Al'Qur'aan] were sent/revealed. Therefore anyone from amongst
you who witnesses this month then he should fast therein. [Grand Qur'aan
is a Statement of Fact, And the one who is suffering from disease or is journeying then completing of the count is in later days of an other month]. Allah intends easiness for you and He does not intend difficulty/awkwardness for you people, and its purpose is that you complete the count of fasting and that you praise the Greatness of Allah upon having guided you [by sending the Book] [Same expectation in same words

11:61;34:50] And when My servants ask you concerning Me, for reason [of omnipresence] I am indeed nearby;
I listen/respond/attend to the prayer/call of the suppliant when he calls on Me: o Therefore let them willingly respond to My call [Grand Qur'aan-8:24 since respond only those who listen attentively-6:36], and believe in Me so that they could/may walk in the right way [become safe from being deceived with conjectural stories/myths and get life by responding to Qur'aan-8:24]. [2:186] It had been made permissible for you people during the night of fasting to go to your wives for exercising/associating matrimonial relationship; they are the apparel for you and you are apparel for them [during the relationship conceals nakedness from vision of Angels and Jinns/Ieblees, since purpose of apparel is to conceal nudity] Allah has known that [by self imposed/conceived restriction] you people lessen/do not deliver the rights of your own selves, therefore He has paid attention upon you [to move you out from self assumptions] and He has overlooked/removed it away from you. Therefore, [your holding back because of false/self assumed perception having been clarified] NOW have intercourse with them in the nights of fasting and you people seek [the result of intercourse, not son or daughter but] what Allah has written for you people; and you people eat and drink till such time it becomes distinct/evident for you the white streak out of blackish streak, hence afterwards observe fast towards the night [sun set]; and you people [on visiting home for attending to their needs] do not intercourse with them when you are devoting/stationing for Allah in the mosques. [matrimonial intimate relationship is allowed in the bed room of the home after imposing restriction on all at three occasions of day night] These are the limits/restrains/demarcations prescribed by Allah; [These words, for ensuring
respect, honour and dignity of women are also in
2:229,230;4:13;58:04;65:01; please read to know that

2:229] therefore, do not overstep them. [The purpose of
This is how Allah makes His Aa'ya'at distinct/evident/distinguishing between two things/easy to comprehend for people so that they could be cautious, heedful and mindful [of instructions/guidance for all times/situations] and could avoid unrestrained conduct. [2:187] And nor consume your property and wealth amongst you with deception/scumming/scamming and with that usurped wealth do not allure the administrators of law and justice on your side so that a party may acquire from the wealth of others illicitly while you know the actual fact. [2:188] They ask you regarding the recurring crescent moons, tell them: "This phenomenon is for people to reckon/determine timing [period/calendar] and dates for Hajj". And it was [merely a conjectural hearsay, and] never a virtue that you enter the houses from their back, rather the virtue is of one who remained cautious, heedful and mindful. And you come to the homes through their doors [front entrances], [same command in same words in
3:130,
200]o and you people remain mindful, cautious and fearsome of Allah so that you people attain/reap the fruit of perpetual success. [2:189] [Similar direction in
2:244] And in the cause of Allah engage with those [only] who have waged war against you people [society/state] and you people do not transgress limits/reasonableness. [Same information in same words in

7:55]o Indeed Allah is not pleased with those who transgress/go beyond prescribed limits/rationality. [2:190] [Please reflect on it, Muslim state can never be first to use mass destructive weapons] [And in the cause of Allah engage with those [only who have waged war against you people] and engage in war with them wherever they confront you in combat and drive them out from the place [Mecca, with reference to the point in time] from where they had driven you out. And spreading irritation/disturbance/disquiet/intellectual deflections/dismembering unity and harmony/liquefying the community is far greater/serious matter than individual murder. [reverting from parenthetic to the main point] And you avoid war in the precincts of Sacred Mosque unless they attack you within it. For reason of attack, therefore [it is not disrespect to the sanctity of Sacred Mosque] you fight back. This is the response/return for disbelievers. [2:191] As a sequel to your retaliation, if they desist [a full fledged war], you ignore [Exactly same information in same words
2:226;3:89;5:03;16:115;24:05;58:12;64:14]o since Allah is indeed Oft-forgiving/overlooking faults, the Merciful. [2:192]
And [if they don't stop] you fight with them conclusively till tumult no more remains there and the system prevails exclusively for Allah. For reason [of defeat, surrender] if they desist/end hostility, therefore/in consequence, no unrestrained attitude is allowed except upon those who are mischievous/distorters. [2:193] A month of sanctity can be respected/honoured if its respect/dignity is also possessed by the other party, and all sanctities/rights are to be followed up to conclusion/adjudged [in the manner of exactly following footsteps]. In consideration of this, if someone had done with you people unrestrained act/wrong, therefore [in keeping with the principle of "al-horo'maa'to qisa'suen"] you may [if you can't pardon/ignore] inflict upon him similar excess as he had inflicted upon you. [2:194] And you people spend your financial resources for the cause of Allah [for His attention and Mercy] and do not cast yourselves into ruin with your own hands [by keeping fists closed as is done by Muna'afiqeen] ; and adopt a balanced, graceful and generous conduct/approach. 5:13]o Indeed Allah appreciates/loves/acknowledges those people who are moderate, graceful and generous. [2:195] And [the purpose for which you had come] conclude the Hajj and Uemraa for Allah. If for reason of having been restrained [only, not hostility/waging of war by enemy] then what sacrifice is available with you [brought for the purpose, send it to place of slaughter] and you people do not shave your heads until they/sacrificial mammal reach the destined point. If anyone cannot adhere to it for reason of being sick or has trouble on his head [necessitating shave or avoidance of shaving] then he should in default fast or gift something or do any good act. For reason [if war was waged on its ending; or if simply restrained then on striking of a compromise/agreement] when you have attained peace and security then any one, who wish to avail the benefit of uemraa visit towards Hajj, shall sacrifice what is available to him. Anyone who does not find to comply with this injunction he will fast for three days in Mecca and for seven days on return [to native place]. This will make fast for 10 days completely. And you people should know/be aware that Allah is watchful/examines matters minutely till conclusion. [2:196] The Days [composite comprising day and night] for Hajj are a matter of common knowledge/ information [known from centuries, therefore need not be mentioned]. Therefore any one who has "cut off, alienated, secluded, isolated-undertaken obligation" in these days for Hu'j, then for this reason [having put on eharaa'm/Hu'j dress] engaging in matrimonial relations/sex affairs/excitement is not allowed nor any un-restrained act and neither purposeless debating/wrangling is permissible during Hajj. And you people take along necessary provisions [for journey/sojourn]. For reason/result wise, the best provision is the heedful, mindful and restrained conduct. [2:197] And there is nothing wrong for you people if you make effort for the sustenance of your Sustainer Lord {in congregation at Mina and Arafat, not afterwards]; for reason, when you disperse from Arafat [at dusk] then be busy in the remembrance of Allah near by Mash'aril-Haraa'm (Muzdalifah). And remember and mention Him for having made you guided [by giving Grand Qur'aan] and before whom/it you people were among the neglectful. [2:198]
