O you the living Mankind! you be subservient/allegiant to the Sustainer Lord of you people, the One Who created you people and those people [earlier generations] who existed before you; so that you may keep yourselves mindful/careful/vigilant/guarded in reverence and fear; [2:21]
[your Sustainer Lord] the One Who has, for you people, spread out the Earth in the manner of a floor/carpet; [to make your sojourn/stay comfortable in the world] and has made the Sky in the manner of a canopy. And He sent down water from the Sky
whereby with that He took out a variety of fruits/shrubs, as means of subsistence for you people. Therefore/for this reason [He being the Sole Creator of Universe] you people do not ascribe for Allah partners/equals, and/while you people know this [since universe is like one unit before your eyes, and you know that a unit belongs to One only]. [2:22]
And listen if you have genuinely
been caught in a state
of suspicion/perplexity regarding
authoring/compilation
[10:38;11:13,35;
32:03;
46:08]
of
that-Qur'aan
which We have gradually sent upon Our Sincere Allegiant,
thereat
[to prove your self as truthful in expressing your
suspicion or to get out from perplexing duality of mind]
you come with/bring one "Sura'tin"
[demarcated chapter, from
anywhere in the world, including Mecca, Ma'deena]
resembling that-Qur'aan; and for the needful you invite/get help
from all your friends/helpers/lawyers other than Allah, if you people have been truthful in your saying [about being in
Sequel to this effort, if you people have yet not been able to do it; and certainly in future too never ever will you be able to do it [since Qur'aan is neither authored/compiled by the Messenger nor can be authored by beings, both Human and Jinn] thereat/consequently, you people incline yourselves to take heed becoming cautious of that hell-fire [Prison], the fuel/charred/affected by it/the fire would be the men and stones, which has been prepared for those who persistently refuse to accept. [2:24]
And you, the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] give glad tidings, to those who have consciously and heartily accepted/believed and performed deeds/acts righteously/moderately [as directed in the Book], that it is a fact that such gardens are in wait/prepared-promised for them where streams flow beneath/side by it.
Every time when they will be fed with variety of fruits there from for eating/sustenance, they will say, "this fruit is one which was given to us aforetimes". And they will be given things in resemblance [of their perceptions].
And spouses of purified/clean hearted nature are companions/mates for them in that place. And they will abide therein permanently. [2:25]
It is a fact that (what to say of explaining with gigantic similitude, given earlier) Allah does not consider it a matter of shyness/reluctance/embarrassment/constraint, that He may quote/strike/narrate a similitude/example that of a female mosquito or even that of a smaller female than her;
thereat/consequently, as for those who have since accepted/believed, they for reason know that it is the distinct established fact conveyed by the Sustainer Lord of them;
and as for those are concerned who have rejected/refused to accept the Message (call of Messenger) they in response/purposefully say to others, "What is that which Allah has intended by this quote/example/similitude?"
He, by such quotes, exposes/proves many neglectfully straying
[who wish to remain
unrestrained]
and with such
simplification/exemplifying
He guides many [who
seek/wish guidance];
and/since He does not
let by it anyone remain neglectful/straying, except

These are truly the people who cause/earn loss to themselves. [2:27]
How can, [being men of intellect] it is so surprising, you refuse to acknowledge Allah since you were in a state of matter and, for reason [with determined purpose, by design/will], He gave you people life [created you from matter 6:02]. After lapse of time/period [respectively determined of your life 6:02] He will cause you to die;
Afterwards, [the lapse of time and second blow in the Trumpet] He will revive you all to life; thereafter a lapse of time, you will be presented before Him for accountability (on your turn to tell you what you did in worldly life)[2:28]
He is the One Who has created for you people, all together/entirely, whatever is present on/in the Earth. Afterwards, a lapse of time, He turned to the one Sky, thereby for reason/cause of stretching proportioned them into seven skies [layer upon layer],
while/and He is intrinsically and eternally the Knower of each and everything [before/prior to taking shape]. [2:29]
