The natural ordering in a nominal sentence is for the topic to be first and the comment to be second. There are a few situations in which inverting the structure is prohibited, and there are others in which inverting the structure actually becomes mandatory.

One such situation is when the topic is purely indefinite and the comment is a prepositional or adverbial phrase. Since psychological diseases and personality disorders are various, which different such people may have nurtured, hence indefinite noun is the fact and ground reality.

While translating inverted sentences, ordinarily care is seldom exercised with the result that, in translation the predicate of Arabic sentence is made the subject and the subject is made to seem as predicate.

 

 

-Plural

This is one of a group of Verbs which are termed as  أفعال ناقصة , deficient verbs. It modifies the nominal sentence, retaining the subject in nominative case and rendering the predicate in accusative case. ایک [اپنی پیدا کردہ ] نفسیاتی بیماری نے اُن کے دلوں میں گھر کر رکھا ہے۔بسبب( انہیں دھتکار کراُن کے حال پر چھوڑ کر) اللہ نے اُنہیں حالت مرض میں بڑھنے دیا ہے۔ایک دردناک عذاب اُن کےلئے تیار / منتظر ہے اِس وجہ سے کہ مسلسل تکذیب کرتے تھے۔
