[This is solely the peculiar characteristic of Muna'fi'qeen- see 4:142]
...............................
Root: خ د ع [Pattern: فَاعَلَ-يُفَاعَلُ] [Verbal Noun: مُفَاعَلَةٌ and فِعَالٌ ] Form-III Imperfect Verb's peculiarities: 1) Prefix carries Dhamma 2) First Root radical always carries a Fatha, that corresponds to following alif. 3) The second Root radical always carries a Kasra. 4) The final dhamma on the last radical of Root indicates that the verb is in indicative mood. The vowel would change depending upon the mood in which the verb is being used. The basic addition in the meanings of Form-III verbs is the indication of mutuality of action of the basic verb of Form-I between the subject and object; and (2) indicates attempt or seeking/ causative to become active participle of the said act. In one Verbal Noun of this Form-III is indication of a particular occurrence while the other مُخَادَعَة is abstract. Form-III Verbs in Grand Qur'aan.

They, by declarations of faith, seek to deceptively persuade Allah, the Exalted and convince those people who have accepted consciously and truly [wholeheartedly the Messenger and Grand Qur'aan]. However, in fact they deceive none [by false declaration of belief] except their own selves while they analyze not to realize/perceive this fact [since do not reflect/do not see beyond their selfish stakes]. [2:09] [اِن کھوکھلے اورجھوٹ پر مبنی اقرار سے] وہ اپنے تئیں اللہ اور ایمان والوں کو دھوکا دہی سے یقین دلانا چاہتے ہیں جب کہ حقیقت میں سوائے اپنے آپ کے دھوکا کسی کو نہیں دیتے اور انہیں اس کا احساس/شعور بھی نہیں۔
